Shipping Policy

Order processing
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves
  our facility

Shipping methods and timing
- All US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or equivalent service
- Estimated transit time: 3-5 business days from ship date
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50; $7.99 flat rate on orders
  under $50

Temperature-sensitive shipping
Cultiv products contain living beneficial microorganisms. To preserve
microbial viability, we monitor weather along the shipping route and
may briefly delay shipment during extreme heat (forecast above 95°F at
destination) or extreme cold (forecast below 20°F at destination). If
your order is held due to weather, we will notify you by email within
1 business day with an estimated ship date.

Address accuracy
We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot reroute packages
in transit. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or
incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Lost or stolen packages
Once a package shows "Delivered" by the carrier, we are unable to take
responsibility for theft. We recommend shipping to a secure address and
contacting your local carrier for any delivery investigation.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International expansion
is planned; subscribe to our newsletter at cultivgarden.com for updates.
