Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand behind every Cultiv product. Because our formulas contain live
beneficial microorganisms, our return policy is tailored to the nature
of the product. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a
return.
Eligible for refund or replacement
- Unopened product within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging
- Product damaged in transit (send a photo to support@cultivgarden.com
within 7 days of delivery)
- Product that arrives leaking, expired, or visibly compromised
- Wrong product received
Not eligible for refund
- Opened product. Once exposed to air, microbial viability begins to
decline and the product cannot be resold or resterilized
- Plant growth response. Biological products perform within a range of
conditions including soil chemistry, watering practices, and climate.
We cannot guarantee specific yield or growth outcomes
- Sale items and gift cards
Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days at
support@cultivgarden.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect,
so we can make it right. We will cover return shipping and replace at
no cost.
How to start a return
Email support@cultivgarden.com with your order number and the reason for
return. We respond within 2 business days. Items sent back to us without
first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and

Return shipping costs
- Defective or damaged product: we cover return shipping
- Unopened buyer's-remorse returns: customer covers return shipping;
refund issued less original outbound shipping cost
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and,
once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the
refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment
method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers can take
additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have
passed since we approved your return and you have not seen the credit,
contact us at support@cultivgarden.com.
